EULA - End User License Agreement

TVicPort is freeware for non-commercial (personal) use. You must purchase TVicPort license if you want to use this product for any commercial purpose.

TVicPort Freeware Version

You must not:

modify or prepare derivative works of the Software;
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies (a small handling fee is acceptable). You are further prohibited from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.

TVicPort Registered Version

Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use TVicPort software on one computer at a time, for any legal purpose. The registration fee is $24.95 U.S. To register TVicPort visit:

The source code for the following files are not available in TVicPort Registered Version:

- tvicport.sys
- tvicport.vxd
- tvicport.dll (*)
- tvicport.ocx (*)

(*) The TVicPort.dll and TVicPort.ocx source code may be purchased separately.

Deployment (TVicPort Registered Version Only)

The license allows you, royalty free, to distribute the following files:

- tvicport.sys
- tvicport.vxd
- tvicport.dll
- tvicport.ocx

These files may be distributed only as part of the binaries you are distributing (exe, dll, OCX). You may not distribute any of the headers or source files which are included in the TVicPort package, exclude TVicPort sample allications.
